About Us
Our History
Ark Facilities Ltd was established in Yorkshire in 2013 by Mark Adamson.
Mark originally started his career as a joiner in 1989 and quickly worked his way to site Forman and then trained and worked a successful background in positions as a Contract Manager/Project Manager & a QS/Senior Surveyor providing excellent experience and expertise within PLC Companies, Hospitality, Leisure, Insurance, Local Authority and Retail Sectors.
Mark saw the potential and loved the industry that he decided to establish a company of his own with a good work force that are like a family.
Since then we have maintained and grown our exceptional team of highly skilled tradesmen, developed a strong client base and have extended our services to become a multi trade contractor working across the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Our Services
Our contract team here at Ark offers a wide range of activities from design, building surveys, project management, groundworks, flooring, joinery, building, cladding, ceilings, M&E services and more.
We also specialise in Terrazzo Flooring.

What We Do
Our past projects include both new construction, fit outs, refurbishments and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
